In his previous position with the E-Plus Group as Sales Manager Germany, Oliver Hofmann (Masters in Business Studies) experienced at first hand the value of coaching and training, both to himself and to his 1,200 employees. In the course of his work he commissioned very many freelance experts. His vision was to provide both mid-sized companies and the corporate world with access to a global network of excellence. Under his leadership, Faircoach GmbH is undergoing nationwide growth into a successful quality portal for excellent coaches, trainers, top speakers, and interim managers.
Susanne Jung (Masters in Adult Education and Systemic Business Coach) knows the needs and challenges in media, politics and economy from management’s point of view as well as the coach’s. She currently heads Human Resources & Organization in an international chemical corporation. In her work as a coach she is committed to the development of highly effective and innovative coaching methods. In her work for Faircoach GmbH she ensures quality and the appropriate tailoring of the products. Sabine Blank (Masters in social education studies and systemic consultant) has herself been working successfully as a coach and consultant for over ten years and is responsible for overseeing the content of what Faircoach offers. She places a top priority on recognizing the individual characteristics of a company and selecting the right partners from the Faircoach network. As a coach, she accompanies both managers and staff on their path to greater clarity and empathy. She supports teams to further develop their content and strategy through better collaboration.
